Lokasi BALONG Waterpark tidak terlalu jauh dari pusat kota Yogyakarta, atau lebih jelasnya yaitu dari perempatan Ring Road Timur kotagede, ke arah timur sekitar 1,5km. atau tepatnya di Jl. Pleret km 1,5. Akses jalan relatif mudah ditempuh baik dengan kendaraan roda dua ataupun kendaraan roda empat.
